SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

Currently, we only ship to states in the U.S.A that allow the sale of hemp and hemp-derived products. Unfortunately, we do not support the sale of hemp and hemp-derived products in the following U.S. states at this time:

Refunds are made easy. All products are sold with a thirty (30) day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within thirty days after your purchase, simply return the item or any unused portion within 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund. Send us an email to @email@example.com or fill out our contact form.
Once you email us or fill out the contact form, you should get an email confirmation back within 24 hours, Monday - Friday (except holidays), confirming your return has been processed.
Return Eligibility Requirements:
1. All Clothing and Accessory returned and exchanged products must be in the original condition within the packaging.
2. For our hemp derived products, please return any unused portion within 30 days of receipt to receive a Full refund.
3.Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
4. If items are claimed to be defective/damaged, photographs may be requested as proof.
5. Customers are fully responsible for all shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
How long does it take for refunds to process?
Refunds can take 9-14 business days to complete. If you paid using a payment with Visa or Mastercard will see a pending transaction for the refund on your bank/credit account around 1-3 days after the refund has been initiated. However, the time frame to post a pending refund is ultimately up to your card issuer.
Cancelling your order within 2 hours will ensure a full refund to your purchase method. You will receive your full refund within a few business days.
If your order has already been shipped, simply ship us back your full order within 24 hours to receive a full refund. Costs for return shipping and handling are incurred at the buyer's expense.
